Besides being known for its beautiful setting by the Mediterranean sea, much frequented beaches and the surrounding Natural Park of del Garraf, the quaint little town of Sitges is also very popular for one annual summertime event… The “Festa Major de Sitges” which means Main Festival in Catalan. يجري المعروفة الى جانب لوضع الجميلة على البحر الأبيض المتوسط ، التي يرتادها الكثير من الشواطئ والطبيعية المحيطة بها حديقة Garraf ديل ، مدينة غريبة قليلا من سيتغيس أيضا بشعبية كبيرة لحدث واحد... والصيف السنوي "فيستا الرئيسية سيتغيس دي" والتي تعني الرئيسية مهرجان في الكاتالونية.
Made to honor the Town's Patron Saint, Sant Bartomeu the event takes place for a week between the 21st and 27th of August and is one of the two biggest celebrations of the year where fans come in droves from all over the region to look or participate in the Fiesta. أدلى لتكريم تاون راعي سانت سانت Bartomeu الحدث يحدث لمدة أسبوع بين 21 و 27 أغسطس وتعد واحدة من الاحتفالات اثنين اكبر من السنة حيث المشجعين تأتي في جماعات حاشدة من جميع أنحاء المنطقة للبحث أو المشاركة في العيد. Great pictures … but the “Festa Major” giant looks like the king in “Burger King”. صور كبيرة... ولكن "فيستا الكبرى" عملاق يشبه الملك في "برغر كينغ". I had to look more closely to make sure he wasn't handing out whopper coupons. كان لي لإلقاء نظرة أكثر تفحصا للتأكد من انه لم يكن تسليم القسائم الهائل.
