The ride to get there and back is an adventure in itself! Riding on top of the jeepney across those muddy roads in the Palawan mountains was an absolutely awesome experience and a highlight of my trip. Probably the best 250 pesos spent ever :-)

Hi
I was in Port Barton in 2009 and a daily bus runs from Puerto Princessa to P.B. leaving Puerto at around 0930 each morning. There are I believe two buses, a grey one and The Red Panther, which I was told had been retrieved from the woods and brought back into service. They each do a one way service. The first half of the journey is on tarmac roads, the latter half on dusty lanes that get washed away from time to time. Pure magic!

Hello Vincent!

Nice work writing about your visit to Cheung Chau. I too have visited this island, mainly to have a nice seafood lunch from these unique restaurants where you can fish your fish!

Looking forward to reading your next travel.

I was in Madrid about the same time last year and took photos of many of the same locales and almost to the exact angle. Madrid is a beautiful city with a great transportation system. I like to go back and see what I missed the first time such as the Museo del Jamon!
